The cut-off to register to vote in the August 28, 2012 Primary Election is midnight, Monday, July 30, 2012. A new voter registration form must be completed by anyone who has moved (even to a new apartment number in the same complex), changed their name since their last registration, is a new Arizona resident, or would like to change their party affiliation.

Who can register to vote in an Arizona election?

• A citizen of the United States of America
• A resident of Arizona
• At least 18 YEARS OF AGE by the next general election
• Not a convicted FELON, unless civil rights are restored
