Scottsdale woman files false tax returns claims over $6 million

A federal Grand Jury handed down an indictment charging Adrienne Marta Frazer, a Scottsdale doctor, with five counts of 18 U.S.C. section 287 – False Claims Upon the United States. The indictment alleges she filed five false tax returns claiming a total of $6,255,400 in refunds.

The Scottsdale chiropractor is accused of knowingly making claims against the United States for payment, by filing and causing to be filed amended federal income tax returns from 2005 to2009.
