Man sought in Pima County homicide

At 8:40 p.m., on June 11, 2013, Pima County Sheriff’s deputies responded to a report of shots fired in the 4900 block of East Butterweed Drive. When deputies arrived, they located a deceased female with obvious signs of trauma in the driver’s seat of a vehicle.

The deceased victim was identified as 25-year-old Augustina Soto. The female passenger in the vehicle with Ms. Soto suffered non-life threatening injuries.

The Pima County Sheriff’s Department is trying to locate 29-year-old Stephen J. Malone for questioning reference this incident. Anyone with information reference this incident is urged to call 911 or 88-Crime.
