Border Patrol rescues 4 after falling off cliff

Tucson Sector Border Patrol agents rescued four migrants who fell off a cliff near Rio Rico, after entering the country illegally.

Agents requested air support after locating the undocumented entrants who had suffered from broken bones including: broken legs, a broken pelvis and a broken jaw.

U.S. Customs and Border Protection officers summoned a helicopter that airlifted the four injured persons to a landing zone where they were turned over emergency medical services.
