Horne, Winn evidentiary hearings begin today

The case against Ton Horne and Kathleen Winn being prosecuted for campaign finance violations will begin before an administrative law judge on Monday.  The evidentiary hearings being held in the Office of Administrative Hearings are currently scheduled from Monday the 10th through Thursday the 13th .

According to Deputy Yavapai County Attorney Jack Fields, one of the two prosecutors handling the case, the witnesses to be called is still undecided. The prosecution has stated they will call FBI Agent Brian Grehoski, who investigated the campaign finance allegations against Horne in 2011 and 2012.

Both attorneys, Deputy Yavapai County Attorney Jack Fields for the prosecution and Buddy Rake, a defense attorney would not say definitely, that they would call the defendants.
