Detectives initiated an investigation and were able to identify the suspect as 30-year-old Roy Combs. On February 18, 2014, Mr. Combs went to a midtown location to meet with whom he believed to be the juvenile he had been communicating online. The purpose of the meeting was for sexual purposes. Upon his arrival, Mr. Combs was taken into custody by U.S. Marshal’s and Tucson Police Detectives without incident. Mr. Combs was booked into the Pima County Jail for 1 count of Aggravated Luring a Minor for Sexual Exploitation and 1 count of Attempted Sexual Conduct with a Minor.
