Second suspect arrested in Santa Cruz murder

An additional arrest has been made in the November 22, 2013, homicide that occurred in the Santa Cruz wash near River Mary’s Road. Detectives were able to identify the second subject involved as John Grayling Agee, age 52.

On February 20, 2014, Agee was located and booked into the Pima County Jail on 1 count of 1st Degree Murder, 1 count of Felony Murder, 1 count of Armed Robbery and Aggravated Robbery, 1 count of Armed Robbery and Aggravated Robbery.

Although detectives have arrested both suspects believed to be involved, they are still actively working this case.
