On April 17, 2014 at approximately 11:25 p.m., Pima County deputies responded to a theft at the Circle K located at 4990 North Oracle Road. When deputies arrived, they learned a male entered the store and stole an entire display of scratch lottery tickets from the front counter.
The clerk stated the suspect was in and out of the store in about five seconds.
Sheriff’s Department detectives are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the suspect. Anyone with information regarding this incident is urged to call 9-1-1 or 88-CRIME.
