During the course of the investigation, Sheriff’s detectives learned the children would play a game with Rodriquez in which they receive a piggy back ride which ended with the children on a bed with their pants pulled down. Rodriguez would remove the pants and underwear of the children and then kiss their stomach and genitals.
While Rodriguez denied touching the children’s genitals during a phone call with another relative, he admitted to Sheriff’s detectives to pulling the children’s pants and underwear down, and kissing them on the stomach and buttocks. He also admitted that he may have accidently touched the children’s genitals on multiple occasions, but did not remember if it was with his face or mouth.
Rodriquez remains in the custody of the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office on no bond.
