Suspect in Phoenix voyeurism case identified

On October 8, 2014, a male suspect went into the Hobby Lobby store just after noon, and began following a woman in an aisle. In video taken at the store, he is seen placing his cell phone under the victim’s skirt multiple times taking surreptitious pictures or videos.

Surveillance video from the store’s camera was shared to help police locate the suspect. Information from the community led to the suspect’s identity: James D. Hickey, age 53.
