For at least two years, Pima County Sheriff Clarence Dupnik has duped the residents of Pima County. He ran for re-election and never really had much intention to actually do his job. He has his second-in-command doing the work until Dupnik can safely announce his retirement and hand it over to him. Dupnik cannot risk handing the position over to someone who just might not look the other way as gun happy swat squads shoot first and ask questions later, or award contracts non-crony suppliers and contractors….
