Pima County thief runs with armful of designer jeans

On November 26, 2014, at approximately 5:50 PM, a theft of expensive designer jeans took place at the Foothills Mall. Deputies with the Sheriff’s Foothills Patrol District responded to the Saks Fifth Avenue Store inside the mall.

They learned that an African-American man in his twenties came into the store. He grabbed 13 pairs of designer jeans, took them over his arm and ran out the store. The combined value of the stolen merchandise is over $2,000. Detectives with the Sheriff’s Community Problems Unit are investigating this case.

The suspect was described as an African-American male in his twenties. He was last seen wearing a grey sweat shirt and matching sweat pants. The suspect is possibly associated with a white four-door sedan.
