Fugitive kidnapper seen at Tucson Mall

The Cochise County Sheriff’s Office is seeking help from the public in locating 37 year old Francisco Ruben Parra who has been seen in the Tucson area, specifically at the Tucson Mall, within the last week. There is a warrant issued for the arrest of Parra for Aggravated Assault with a deadly weapon and Kidnapping.

Parra has family in Tucson and Mexico and had a previous address in Douglas.

The warrant was issued as the result of kidnapping and assault that Parra was a suspect in, and he failed to appear for court on these charges.
