On Monday April 20, 2015 at approximately 8:30 pm the Cochise County Sheriff’s Office was advised of an older male subject having sexual contact with a 15 year old girl in the St. David area.
Sheriff’s Deputies and detectives began an investigation that led to information identifying 63 year old Brian Gill of Hereford as the suspect in this incident.
The initial reports indicate that the 15 year old girl lives in St. David and Gill was taking care of a residence in the same area. The suspect and the juvenile reportedly began meeting at different times and someone then reported the activities to the Sheriff’s Office.
On Thursday April 28, 2015 Gill was arrested and booked into the Cochise County Jail on charges of Sexual Conduct with a Minor. Gill remains in custody without bond pending further judicial adjudication.
