On May 18, 2015, a home in the 3300 block of Wild Daisy was burglarized. Numerous items were taken, including credit cards and car keys. A witness saw the suspects, one male and one female.
Pima County detectives were also able to obtain a vehicle description for the suspects.
Pima County detectives David Tarnow worked closely together with deputies to identify the two suspects.
On June 13, 2015, the suspects were located. Numerous items of evidence were collected. The male suspect, 34-year-old, Jesus Virrueta was charged with Burglary in the 2nd Degree, Computer Tampering, and Conspiracy. The female suspect, 23-year-old Samantha Emerson was booked for Burglary in the 2nd Degree and Conspiracy.
The investigation is still ongoing and additional charges may be added at a later time.
