88-CRIME, Inc., a non-profit 501(c) (3) organization, asks the public for support by purchasing a sponsorship, signing up a foursome to play or providing items that could be used for a raffle drawing at its 88-CRIME Golf Tournament. The tournament will be held on Friday September 11, 2015 at the Forty-Niner Club.
88-CRIME is an anonymous hotline affiliated with Crime Stoppers U.S.A. that citizens may use to call in information on major unsolved crimes. The information given to 88-CRIME is assigned to law enforcement agencies and if the information leads to the arrest of a suspect, the caller is eligible for a cash reward
In order to raise the amount of money needed, the 88-CRIME Board of Directors holds two fund-raising events each year, a dinner and a golf tournament.
88-CRIME needs help to ensure that this program which has been responsible for more than 5,614 arrests and over $107 million in recovered stolen property and drugs seized is to continue in its fight against crime.
88-CRIME wants to emphisize that any item donated will be used specifically for the Golf Tournament raffle. All net proceeds benefit 88-CRIME, Inc. On behalf of the 88-CRIME Board of Directors.
