The Sierra Vista Police Department arrested 18-year-old Tyrell Kirk on Tuesday after determining he engaged in sexual conduct with teens while living at a Mary’s Mission and Development Center facility in Sierra Vista.
On Monday, Sept. 21, the police learned of several incidents involving Kirk and multiple male juveniles possibly engaging in sex about two weeks prior. Detectives with the Sierra Vista Police Department’s Special Operations Bureau interviewed several juvenile teens and determined Kirk did engage in sexual conduct with them while living at the Mary’s Mission facility located in the 300 block of Taylor Drive.
Kirk has been charged with five felonies, three counts of child molestation and two counts of sexual conduct with a minor. He was booked into the Cochise County jail and is being without bond.
