Glendale Police Missing Man Located

Glendale, Ariz. – On Friday, December 11, 2015 at approximately 4:00 PM Glendale Police Officers responded to a call of a missing adult male from the area of 13600 N. 55^th Avenue. Initial investigation has revealed that the missing man, 87-year old Jerome Henrichs of Glendale, drove away from the facility he lives in at this location. He left in his 2006 Honda Accord 4-door sedan which is silver in color. The license plate is AZ/886SHK (an example photo is attached). He was last seen at approximately 9:00am.

Jerome does take daily, required medications. His daughter stated that he seemed confused over the past few days. He does drive short distances during the day, but due to his recent episodes, was asked not to drive and could become confused at night.

Jerome was last seen wearing a black nylon jacket and khaki pants. He is approximately 5-feet 9-inches tall and weighs 150 pounds with grey hair and blue eyes (a recent photograph is attached).
