Border Patrol agents continue their vigilance during this Holiday season, arresting one male United States citizen and six illegal aliens, Dec. 14. The driver was attempting to smuggle the illegal aliens around Wellton Station’s checkpoint on Interstate 8, east of Yuma.
The driver will be presented for prosecution for alien smuggling. The other six individuals will be processed per Yuma Sector guidelines.
