Surprise Police are seeking the public’s assistance in locating a 16-year-old girl, Elsie Chavez. On Saturday, December 26, 2015, Ms. Chavez left her home in the area of Sarival Avenue and Peoria Avenue.
Ms. Chavez has brown hair, green eyes, is 5’6” tall and weighs approximately 140 pounds. She was last seen wearing a “Shadow Ridge High School” hooded sweatshirt and black jogging pants.
