Tucson Man Convicted Of Violent Sexual Attack

A jury convicted Bryan Scott Graff on January 8, 2016, of two counts of sexual assault and kidnapping.

In April of last year, Graff dragged a victim unknown to him into a dark corner on a dirt lot, beat, strangled, and sexually assaulted her. The victim managed to escape and ran to a nearby Circle K half naked covered in blood. This case was prosecuted by Deputy County Attorney Daniel South.

A sentencing hearing is scheduled on February 8, 2016, in Superior Court Judge Kenneth Lee’s courtroom.
