Marana Police have arrested 48 year old Guillermo Murguia of Tucson in connection to the barrel cacti that were stolen from the Dove Mountain area on January 23rd. Tips provided by citizens and 88-CRIME assisted Detectives in identifying Murguia.
He was located at his residence, which is located in the 7800 block of East Mary Street. Murguia was arrested for one count of theft. Detectives are continuing their investigation and additional charges could be filed in the future.
