A jury found Deborah Kay Hearst guilty of Fraud, Taking the Identity of Another, and Theft of a Credit Card. Hearst was living with a friend, used that friend’s credit card for cash withdrawals and automatic bill pay without the friend’s permission.
That credit card accumulated an amount due around $21,000.
Superior Court Judge Danelle Liwski has issued a warrant for her arrest.
