On January 28, 2016, a jury found Ty Moreno guilty of Burglary in the Third Degree, two counts of Burglary in the First Degree, Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon/Dangerous Instrument, and Theft of Means of Transportation.
While driving a stolen car, Moreno burglarized three houses and pointed a gun at a witness as he fled from the last burglary.
A sentencing hearing is scheduled March 7, 2016, in Superior Court Judge Kenneth Lee’s Courtroom.
