Anthony Christopher Lowe pleaded guilty to Molestation of a Child and Continuous Sexual Abuse of a Child, both Dangerous Crimes Against Children.
Lowe admitted to having sexual contact with his stepdaughter over an eight year period.
On February 16, 2016, Superior Court Judge Javier Chon-Lopez sentenced Lowe to only 10 years in the Arizona Department of Corrections, followed by a lifetime of supervised probation.
