Sunday at approximately 11:55 am, the Cochise County Sheriff’s Office was advised of a motorcycle with a sidecar that had rolled over.
Sheriff’s Office continues the accident Investigation in the Benson area near Ocotillo Road and Little Rincon Ranch..
Sheriff’s Office Accident Reconstruction unit has reported that the family was in the area with a side by side that a family friend was driving with the four year old as a passenger. The vehicle rolled over and the child was ejected causing fatal injuries. The four year old boy had been taken to a local hospital and was pronounced deceased.
The investigation is being continued by the Sheriff’s Office.
