Maricopa County In Search of New Manager

Long-time Maricopa County Manager Tom Manos announced his retirement intentions last month, and now a nationwide search for his replacement to oversee the day-to-day operations of the nation’s fourth most populous county is on.

Maricopa County is larger than 24 states, home to more than 60 percent of the state’s population, and employer to nearly 13,000 workers.

“With Maricopa County’s Triple-A bond ratings and our collaborative relationships both within and outside of the county, I am confident we will attract the finest candidates to build upon our current success,” said Board of Supervisors Chairman Clint Hickman, District 4.

First review of applications will take place on March 18, with the recruitment closing on April 1.
