The Arizona Department of Veterans’ Services is hosting the Military & Veteran Women’s Expo 2016, a series of events at four locations statewide, to provide women who have prior service or are active military with informative and educational workshops, career resources; and other education and life opportunities.
The dates and locations are Saturday, March 12, Glendale Community College, Glendale; Saturday, March 19, University of Arizona, Tucson; and, Saturday, April 16, Northern Arizona University, Flagstaff.
“One of Arizona Department of Veterans’ Service’s primary goals is to advocate for veterans,” said Col. Wanda Wright, Director, Arizona Department of Veterans’ Services, “and I specifically am advocating for women veterans in 2016.”
