Tempe City Clerk Brigitta Kuiper has released final unofficial results for the city’s March 8 General/Special Election, and Mayor Mark Mitchell has been re-elected.
Joel Navarro, Kolby Granville and Randy Keating have been elected to the City Council. Proposition 485, a city Charter amendment to lower the campaign contribution amounts a candidate can accept, has passed.

Mark Mitchell (unopposed) – 15,246 votes (95.64 percent)

There are three open seats for Council. The top three vote-getters have been elected.
Joel Navarro – 11,726 votes (24.48 percent)
Kolby Granville – 11,212 votes (23.4 percent)
Randy Keating – 9,851 votes (20.56 percent)
Ernesto Fonseca – 6,111 votes (12.76 percent)
Phil Amorosi – 5,647 votes (11.79 percent)
Irina Baroness von Behr – 3,128 votes (6.53 percent)

Yes – 15,721 (88.55 percent)
No – 2,032 (11.45 percent)
There are 75,334 registered voters in Tempe. Of those, 50,635 voters had requested early ballots. A total of 19,197 ballots were cast.
