Glendale Police Looking For Thunderbird Road Shooting Suspect

On April 11, 2016 at approximately 6:09am, Glendale Police Officers responded to a reported shooting in a parking lot on the northeast corner of 5900 W. Thunderbird Road. They located a single adult male victim in his early 20’s who had been shot. The Glendale Fire Department treated him on scene and then transported him to a local hospital with life-threatening injuries.

The shooter left the scene prior to police arrival. Several witnesses remained to provide statements to officers.

Violent Crimes Detectives responded to this location. The investigation revealed that both the shooter and victim were known to each other. In the minutes leading up to the shooting, there was an argument between them and the victim was shot. No other persons were injured during the incident.

The shooter has been identified as 23-year old Sebastian Dobbs of Glendale. Efforts to locate Dobbs have been unsuccessful.
