The Washington Times has reported that approximately 120 Arizona Waste Management employees will be laid off as the company is outsourcing their positions to Asia.
According to the Washington Times, Waste Management officials confirmed this week that billing duties are being shifted to Indore, India, which could reduce company labor costs for those positions by three-quarters.
In 2014, the company had $14 billion in revenue. The company has approximately 42,700 employees worldwide.
