Sierra Vista Man Arrested For Sexual Exploitation Of Minor

The Sierra Vista Police Department arrested a Sierra Vista man on three felony charges related to the sexual exploitation of children on Thursday, April 21, after serving a search warrant at his residence the day before.

David Frodsham, 59, was connected to a person of interest in a federal investigation into the transfer of child pornography over the internet. Based on information obtained in this investigation, the Sierra Vista Police Department obtained a warrant to search Frodsham’s home, located in the 1200 block of Sunflower Way. Numerous items retrieved from the scene and additional evidence gathered from other sources led to the arrest of Frodsham, who turned himself in on Thursday after consulting with his attorney.

Frodsham faces charges of sexual conduct with a minor, conspiracy to commit sexual conduct with a minor, and sexual exploitation of a minor. He is being held in Cochise County Jail on a $500,000 bond.
