The main suspect in starting the College Peak fire, Enrique Hernandez-Oropeza is being detained at the Cochise County jail and currently has an ICE hold with a $2,000.00 bond. He is charged with 3 counts of Reckless Burning and additional charges are pending.
The College Peak Fire was burning on State Trust Land east of Doughlas, Ariz.
The fire burned around 1,292 acres.
