On June 17, 2016, a jury convicted Lee Holman Lacey of Sexual Abuse of a Minor Under Fifteen and Aggravated Assault of a Minor Under Fifteen.
Lacey sexually abused his 13-year-old niece at her parent’s home. This case was prosecuted by Deputy County Attorney Michelle Araneta.
On July 18, 2016, Superior Court Judge Casey McGinley found that Lacey had eight prior felony offenses. Lacey was sentenced to 25.75 years in the Arizona Department of Corrections.
