It is Tucson’s worst kept secret: Shirley Scott lives in the Phoenix Valley. She comes to Tucson every once in a great while … you know for city council meetings and other pesky matters… but unlike Karin Uhlich… Shirley didn’t just move out of her ward….. but hey with a few months left to go we are all expected to look the other way… and think about it… she didn’t do much when she was living here… so really it isn’t like anything has changed all that much … unless you are the type of person who expects honest politicians… and if you are that type of person and you live southern Arizona… well… you just might want to pack up now… you won’t find many here…
