The Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office has released the name of the victim in yesterday’s drowning at the Salt River as Kolawole Emmanuel Tanimojo (DOB 03/16/1988) of Chandler.
Tanimojo was seen struggling in the water near the Foxtail recreation site.
