Representative Finchem has also clearly stated that he does not endorse the vocal detractor and sole adversary running against Supervisor Miller in this primary.
Never content to let the truth stand in the way of a vitriolic campaign, John Winchester has released a new mailer showing a photo of himself at an event with Finchem, Representative Vince Leach, and Speaker of the House David Gowan. Which he did without permission from Rep. Finchem or his office. We have yet to receive confirmation that either Representative Leach or Speaker Gowan authorized the use of their likenesses.
With his coffers of dark money reeking of the desperation of the cabal that has long engaged in a reciprocal graft-fest with Huckelberry and the clan, Winchester continues to wait out his whiney, whinging campaign from the shadows. As he sits on the sidelines and relies on handlers to prop him up in public view, those same shameful handlers continue to promulgate lie after lie after lie in hopes of swaying a couple of votes. In every commercial, now in his mailings, all the Winchester campaign has to offer is egregious fiction.
Looking at the campaign’s outreach, there has been one public event in the past month, with barely 48 hours’ notice. Does anybody else detect the unmistakable smell of death emanating from the remnants of the Winchester campaign? He’s had no platform, no honesty, no integrity, and no energy. It’s crystal clear to anybody watching the race in District 1 that Winchester does not want the office, that dark forces in the county need him as their obedient puppet, and that the public does not want him or his obsequious Huckelberry/Bronson waste machine bootlicking.
Give it up, John Winchester: your limp, sorry campaign is a disgrace to the county. You can still get out before the primary and salvage the last thin shred of your dignity. Our families deserve far, far better than anything you as a candidate could ever offer.
