On the morning of August 24, 2016, Pima County detectives responded to the 3000 block of West Country Hill Drive to serve a search warrant at the residence of 48-year-old Brian Foley. According to information provided by the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC), Foley was reported to have child pornography located on a computer at his residence.
While executing the search warrant detectives learned Foley had possibly left town. Based on evidence found at his house, a felony warrant was issued for his arrest. With the assistance of the Lubbock and Amarillo Police Departments, Foley was arrested in Amarillo, Texas. He was subsequently booked and charged with four counts of sexual exploitation of a minor and is awaiting extradition back to Pima County.
