Pamela Powers Hannely appears to be pulling off a victory in the LD9 Democratic Primary. Power Hannley defeated incumbent Matt Kopec.
Powers Hannley ran as a Clean Elections candidate against incumbent Dr. Randy Friese and Kopec, who ran traditional campaigns funded by PACs and large donors.
