This week, the Pima County Sheriff’s Department received information about a Facebook user, Alan Anthony Dallman, who was posting disturbing and inappropriate messages directed toward minors.
Detectives with the Crimes Against Children Unit began an in-depth investigation into the person behind the posts. According to sources, he had been posting messages to TUSD middle-school students.
On Friday, with the assistance of the media and the community, detectives obtained evidence to arrest the 28-year-old Dallman. He is being charged with Furnishing Harmful Items to a Minor, a class 4 felony.
Dallman was arrested at his residence near the 2700 block of West Dorado Circle and is being booked into the Pima County Adult Detention Complex. The investigation is ongoing.
