On April 8, 2016, at approximately 1:40 p.m., Pima County deputies were called to the Walmart located at 7635 North La Cholla Boulevard for the report of suspicious activity. When deputies arrived, they learned a man was seen using a cell phone to take a picture underneath a woman’s skirt.
The suspect has been identified as 19-year-old Judah Jordan. Jordan was taken into custody at 1:30 p.m. on Tuesday and was booked into the Pima County Adult Detention Complex on one charge of Surreptitious Recording, a class 5 felony.
