TUSD Kids First has announced that Brett Rustand, Mark Stegeman, and Betts Putnam-Hidalgo have won its endorsement for the Tucson Unified School District (TUSD) Governing Board. The group selected the three for “their commitment to improving the district for all kids and their belief that TUSD can become an exemplary school district by providing the resources to empower principals and teachers.”
TUSD Kids First believes with the election of Rustand, Stegeman and Putnam-Hidalgo, TUSD would be “much better positioned to fulfill its obligations to our kids and teachers. TUSD Kids First appreciates the time spent by each candidate and their desire to serve the public.”
