Tucson Teen Terrorist Mahin Khan Gets 8 Years

Suspected ISIS conspirator, Mahin Khan, lived with his family in a gated community prior to his arrest

Tucson’s Teen terrorist, Mahin Khan, was sentenced to 8 years in prison today and lifetime supervised probation after cutting a deal with Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich.

Khan pled guilty to inciting or inducing terrorism, financing or managing terrorism, and to manufacturing, possessing or selling a prohibited weapon. Khan was arrested in July on terrorism-related charges linking to a conspiracy targeting several Arizona locations, including the Tucson Jewish Community Center, a military recruitment office and Raytheon.

Khan has a long history of bizarre behavior. According to a former classmate at Khalsa Montessori School, Khan threatened to shoot up the school in second grade.

The classmate said that the school had a “pacifist” philosophy, and as a result only engaged in “long talks” with Mahin. After being forced to call the Tucson Police because the school failed to have a plan to protect students, the classmate’s parents removed him from the school.

“He is the kind of kid you wouldn’t think about. He didn’t stick out. I tried to befriend the kid until he started saying bad things about Jews,” said the classmate in an interview on the James T. Harris show earlier this year.

“He would often pick on me, punch me. The last straw was that he grabbed me in a very inappropriate area to grab a man,” stated the classmate. “He consistently tormented me and other students. He would bully and extort the other kids and he would threaten to blow up the school and dreamed of joining the Iraqi military and killing Americans. He even drew a picture of himself flying an airplane into the Empire State Building. Many parents including mine were concerned about him and complained about him, but the school didn’t seem to do anything to resolve it. My parents wound up calling the police after he grabbed me inappropriately.”

Khan made contact with the terrorist group Terik-e Taliban Pakistan, also known as the Pakistani Taliban or TTP in 2015.
