Proposition 205, the Arizona Marijuana Legalization Initiative, is failing in early results. Prop 205 would have legalized the possession and consumption of marijuana by persons who are 21 years of age or older.

Prop 206, the Minimum Wage and Paid Time Off Initiative, is in the lead in early voting. The measure will raise the minimum wage to $10 in 2017, and then incrementally to $12 by 2020, and creating a right to paid sick time off from employment.
