David Moore and his vehicle were just located by the United States Border Patrol near Three Points early this morning, by a Border Patrol agent. The agent requested a vehicle registration check and was informed that Mr. Moore was the missing individual from the Silver Alert.
Mr. Moore was disoriented, but in good physical condition and did not require emergency medical assistance. Agents remained with the subject until Tucson Police Department arrived to pick him up.
