On Wednesday, just before 5:00 p.m., 25-year-old Michael Anthony Rivera was arrested and booked into the Pima County Adult Detention Complex. Mr. Rivera was the driver of the green passenger car involved in the single vehicle rollover accident from January 10, which resulted in the death of a 16-year-old passenger.
Mr. Rivera was booked into the jail for one count of 2nd Degree Murder, one count of Aggravated DUI, three counts of Aggravated Assault, and three counts of felony Endangerment.
