The Cochise County Sheriff’s Office was contacted on Thursday January 12, by the parents of two juvenile boys after seeing their photographs posted on the Cochise County Sheriff’s Office Facebook page.
The parents said that the two subjects, who appeared in the photographs of the suspects in the US Border Patrol vehicle shooting, were their children.
The two suspects, ages 15 and 16 of Hereford, were brought to the Sheriff’s Office and charged for Endangerment and Felony Criminal Damage.
Both suspects were released on their own recongnizance. The case remains in the judicial system pending adjudication of these charges.
