Computer system upgrades are underway
State driver license services will not be available online or at authorized Third Party locations for at least part of the weekend while the Arizona Department of Transportation Motor Vehicle Division makes upgrades to its computer systems.
The planned work means customers won’t be able to order a duplicate driver license online at ServiceArizona.com.
Twenty-two third-party businesses authorized by the state to offer driver license transactions will not conduct testing or issue duplicates while the computer upgrades are taking place.
The services will not be available on Saturday, Feb. 25. Online driver license service is expected to resume before the end of the day Sunday, Feb. 26.
