Stolen Credit Card Used After Pima County Car Break-In

On Monday, February 20, 2017, at approximately 2:20 p.m., Pima County deputies responded to a residence in the 6400 block of South Camino De La Tierra for a report of a theft. When deputies arrived, they learned a vehicle had been broken into and multiple items had been taken.

After speaking with the victim in the case, deputies learned a credit card taken from the vehicle had been used at a QuikTrip (QT) in the area of Valencia Road and Interstate-19.

Surveillance footage obtained from the QT revealed one female suspect and two male suspects had used the credit card:

  • The female suspect is described as African-American, appearing to be in her mid-to-late 20s with dark hair and a thin build
  • The first male suspect is described as African-American, appearing to be in his mid-to-late 20s with short dark hair and a thin build
  • The second male suspect is described as mixed-race, possibly Asian, appearing to be in his mid-to-late 20s with short dark hair and a thin build

The Arson/Auto Theft detectives have taken over the investigation and are asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the suspects in this case.
