PHOENIX – Phoenix Police have arrested Rene D. Perkins in connection with the shooting death of Isaack Drain.
According to Phoenix Police the 48-year-old Perkins shot the 65-year-old Drain in a residence the area of 17th Avenue and Glendale on Wednesday, February 5 at around 7 p.m. Mr. Drain was taken to the hospital where he later died.
On Monday, police announced that they had developed probable cause to arrested Perkins.
